Your Expertise

We are seeking a practitioner who is not only technically exceptional, but who also brings emotional intelligence and empathy to every interaction. You understand that knowing the person is just as important as knowing the procedure you will deliver advanced, evidence based aesthetic treatments including:

• Skin & Laser Therapies: Skin needling, Ultraformer MPT, Morpheus8, Laser Genesis, Chemical peels, LED light therapy

• Laser Rejuvenation and Pigmentation correction You will also work closely with Dr. Allison on clinical decision-making to ensure outstanding, safe, and client-specific outcomes.

What You Bring 

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar cosmetic/dermal role

• Bachelor of health science Dermal therapies highly regarded

• Have expert level skills in dermal assessments and treatment planning

• Have an in-depth knowledge of dermal skin, platelet rich plasma, cosmetic lasers, treatment of pigmentation and skin tightening treatments

• Possession of a laser license is essential and a tattoo removal license is highly regarded

• Liaise with Dr. Allison and take guidance on treatment plans to ensure excellent outcomes and safety for our clients

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a holistic experience within the clinic

• Provide dermal and laser treatments that are within your scope of practice and training

• Comply with relevant health and safety requirements

• Maintain a professional image with a high standard of grooming

• Be passionate about professional development and growing with the business

• Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Be solutions focused with a love for problem-solving and collaborative working
