Roadside Assistance Contractor.

Earning potential of $80,000 - $100,000+ per annum.
Performance based renumeration - paid per job and per battery sale.
Immediate start available.
This position involves providing mobile emergency roadside assistance across Canberra and surrounding areas. As a contractor, you will work primarily on day shifts, five days per week, with the support of our established systems and procedures. If required, we can provide a work vehicle, tools, equipment, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
A valid ABN and registered Pty Ltd company.
A current unrestricted manual driver’s licence with a good driving record.
A genuine interest in the motor vehicle industry and commitment to outstanding service and support to customers.
Sound mechanical aptitude with strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Efficient time management skills
Fluent English communication skills.
Reside within the Canberra region essential due to the service area covered.

Prioritise tasks across a dynamic service area.

While not essential, experience with the following would be advantageous:
Cash handling.
EFTPOS transactions.
Employment Conditions:
Weekly payments.
Initial trial period as part of the selection process.
Three month probationary period.
Ongoing support and training provided.
