We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor who is ready to take the next step into an Assistant Service Management role on our Nissan and GWM Service team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience at a dealership level.

It's also important you have the following skills and attributes:

• Good computer literacy
• Experienced with Pentana / ERA Power
• A sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
• Reliability and punctuality
• High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Great communication and customer service skills

Working in our Service Department, you will become the key link between our customers and Technicians, providing ongoing assistance and information to our valued customers at every stage of the servicing process.
