Roles Available: Team Leader and Offsiders

Locations: Brisbane North, South, East, West, Ipswich and Gold Coast


- Team Leader Positions (Experienced)

These roles are suited to experienced operators who take ownership, lead by example, and consistently deliver high standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a 2-person crew

  • Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance across commercial sites

  • Perform mowing, hedging, pruning, weed control, and general horticultural tasks

  • Carry out basic irrigation diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance

  • Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally

  • Manage daily schedules, job completion, and site standards

  • Communicate effectively with clients and management

  • Utilise company systems to report, track, and complete works

  • Identify issues proactively and implement solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape maintenance

  • Minimum 12 months in a leadership or leading hand role (preferred but not required)

  • Driver’s License (Required)

  • White Card (preferred but not required)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • High level of personal presentation and accountability

  • Ability to work autonomously and lead a team

  • Certificate in Horticulture (preferred but not required)

Willingness to attain:

  • ACDC Licence

  • First Aid


- Offsider Positions

These roles are ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the landscaping industry with clear progression opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work within a 2-person crew

  • Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance

  • Learn mowing, hedging, pruning, and weed control techniques

  • Support irrigation maintenance and site tasks

  • Maintain high presentation standards across all sites

  • Work collaboratively to meet timelines and expectations


Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Good communication skills
