Service Manager QLD

With significant growth in business and ensuring a proactive service approach, Sunco Motors are looking for a full-time Service Manager to join our team. 

You will be supported by a superior Group Management team and in turn, support our motivated and dedicated staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the day-to-day productivity of your Service team to ensure Customer satisfaction

• Guide, support, assess and review staff performance

• Embody and lead a positive team culture

• Complaint management and Quality Control

• Compliance and Audit Management

• Ensure your Service Team adheres to the Company Policies and Procedures and understands the importance of WHS

Key Characteristics of the Applicant Include:

• Previous Automotive Service Supervisor / Management experience essential to progression - Dealership experienced will be highly regarded

• Automotive Trade qualified with sound fault finding and diagnostics skills

• The ability to work with computerised maintenance systems

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPI’s including CSI's

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written & verbal)

• Strong customer satisfaction approach (both internal and external customers)

• Understanding of business needs and financial reporting

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• A consummate Professional, motivated by results and able to foster a positive Team culture 

• Hands-On Automotive Industry knowledge and experience

• Strong leadership skills

• DMS experience preferred

• Strategic and forward-thinking

• A passion for the Automotive Industry

• Professional presentation at all times – Lead by example

• Dedicated to delivering QUALITY Customer Service

• Current Manual Driver's License (essential)
