About this role

This role involves supporting our customer base by providing high-quality technical support and customer service to a range of equipment.

The print technician provides high-quality servicing of Viatek equipment to the Viatek customer base. The Print Technician works closely with the local Service Work Controller to ensure calls are responded to in a timely and effective manner. The Print Technician follows all local procedures related to vehicle maintenance, service calls, call-offs, van stock, and other tasks as appropriate to the role.

This role is based from our Bendigo Office - 2 Contempo Court, Bendigo, Victoria and involves travel to customer sites.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. They value high-quality service and understand the importance of customer relationships.

Previous experience in all aspects of photocopier and printer servicing is key for this role. We will be looking for comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology, networking technologies and a strong mechanical aptitude. This will accompany at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (AQF certificate III / relevant diploma).

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, great organisational skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to work autonomously or within a team.

A valid Australian drivers licence is essential to this role as well as the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check. Fluent English written and verbal skills are also required.
