This full-time position is ideal for a skilled cabinet maker/installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys being part of a well-run workshop. You’ll work on varied, high-end bespoke projects with clear drawings, structured workflows, and a team that values doing things properly.

The Role

Your duties will include:

• Manufacturing custom cabinetry and joinery

• Interpreting and working from detailed shop drawings

• Assembling cabinets and joinery components

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and accuracy

• Assisting with the loading and preparation of projects for site

• Installing cabinetry and joinery to a high standard in luxury residential homes

• Reading and interpreting installation drawings on site

• Working alongside builders, site supervisors, trades, and clients professionally

• Identifying and resolving installation issues as they arise

• Completing site works with a strong focus on quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction

• Working as part of a skilled and supportive team

About You

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery

• Experience in custom cabinetry or detailed joinery work

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good work ethic and reliability
