About the role
Join the Hardline Tiling team as a Wall & Floor Tiler in Mackay, QLD. This full-time role will see you working on a variety of residential and commercial tiling projects, utilising your expertise in the Building Trades industry.
What you'll be doing
Measure and prepare surfaces for tiling
Carefully cut and install tiles to walls, floors and other surfaces
Apply grout and sealants to finish the tiling work
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality results
Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
What we're looking for
Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience as a Wall & Floor Tiler
Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling qualification required
Minimum 5+ years of tiling experience required
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, precise tiling work
Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members
Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet project timelines
Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
Valid Australian work rights required
