You’ll Fit If You:

• Have 1+ years qualified experience after certificate III in Hairdressing or international equivalent
• Are confident with blondes & balayage
• Deliver strong consultations
• Care about standards and growth
• Want to increase your income long-term

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-end coloring, foiling, balayage, precision cutting, and styling
Conduct thorough client consultations to deliver tailored hair solutions
Maintain a high standard of service, professionalism, and salon cleanliness
Work towards weekly service and retail sales targets
Ensure client retention and rebooking rate of 60% or higher
Participate in ongoing training and mentoring of junior stylists
