Electrical Mechanic – Immediate Start | Townsville
Protech is seeking 3 skilled Electrical Mechanics for immediate start to join our Townsville operations on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on key infrastructure projects in the region with a reputable organisation.

About the Role:
Working across new and existing infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of:

• Traffic signals
• Street lighting
• Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)

You’ll play a critical role in supporting safe and efficient transport networks across the Townsville region.

About You:

• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance (traffic, lighting, ITS highly regarded)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Solid understanding of safety, risk, and compliance requirements
• Hands-on, reliable, and quality-focused

Essential Requirements:

• QLD Electrical Work Licence
• Current CPR & LV Rescue
• White Card
• QLD ‘C’ Class Driver Licence
