CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Pipe Fabrication Welder to join a busy and well-established workshop delivering high-specification industrial piping projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a trade-qualified welder looking for consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term workshop-based work with no site travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, fit, and weld carbon steel pipework to project specifications
  • Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding in the 6G position
  • Complete pipe fit-up, alignment, tacking, and assembly activities
  • Carry out grinding, profile cutting, and finishing work as required
  • Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout fabrication processes

Skills & Experience

  • Trade Qualification – Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent
  • Proven TIG and MIG pipe welding experience in the 6G position
  • Experience working to AS4041 Class 3 standards
  • Current Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Strong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail
