Seeking a qualified joiner/cabinet maker to join our growing business. This full-time role will be based in the beautiful, country town of Winchelsea, Victoria, 20 mins from Geelong.
About Us
We are a business who prides ourselves in teamwork, efficiency, friendliness, and hard work. We do a variety of work across the domestic, commercial and insurance sectors. Our work includes, but is not limited to, joinery in kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, robes, pergolas, renovations, new homes, and solid timber work.
Every day is different with the role offering assembly, installation and travel using our own fleet of vehicles.
About You
Applicants must have:
A current White Card
A current driver's licence and reliable way to get to work. A heavy vehicle licence and forklift licence will be highly regarded
Trade qualifications
Certificate III Cabinet Making
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
The ability to read and interpret drawings and plans
Pride in yourself in the quality of your workmanship
Ability to work autonomously, or within a team and follow direction
Problem solving skills
Job Description
The role will include factory-based work, such as cutting, edging, and assembling, as well as on-site installation. There is opportunity for career advancement and reward for employees who display a strong work ethic, innovation, responsibility, and eagerness to learn and progress. Overtime available.
We offer a 4 day work week (38 hours) and above award wages ($35 - $45 per hour + superannuation and an annual bonus).
