About the Role

We require a field service technician to join our expanding service team. You will service, fault-find and repair a wide range of mechanical, battery, and mains (plug and cord) operated cleaning equipment.

Main Duties:

• to undertake periodical servicing of commercial cleaning equipment;

• to fault-find and repair machinery;

• to undertake testing and tagging of equipment;

• to train operators in the correct use and maintenance of machinery.

Skills & Experience:

To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following:

• a full manual driving licence;

• a restricted electrical licence or previous experience in a similar role (preferred); Or some experience of mechanical motors or small engines (preferred)

• excellent customer service skills;

• a positive and mature attitude;

• a willingness to learn new skills;

• the capacity to work alone and as part of a tight-knit team;

• reliable and good organisational skills;

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full work rights.

Benefits & Working Conditions

• standard working week is Monday to Friday (40 hours per week);

• a company vehicle, mobile,tablet and full training will be provided.

• rotating roster every 4 weeks for after hours and weekend call-outs (for which overtime is paid);

• overtime paid above 40 hours per week.
