Description:

First Response Maintenance Solutions is seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Painters to join our team for upcoming commerical repainting projects. The successful candidates will be involved in repainting projects at schools, hotels, apartment complex's, shopping centres among others.

Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality painting projects in accordance with project specifications.

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and priming.

• Apply paint or other finishes to a variety of surfaces.

• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Painter.

• Proficient in preparing surfaces and applying various finishes.

• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines.

• Own transportation and valid driver's license.

Location of Works:

• Brisbane (focus on Northern suburbs)

Contract Options:

• Fixed-price contracts and hourly rate works available.

Duration:

• Permenant
