You'll start with immediate work from our renovation, insurance and repair projects, while taking responsibility for managing painting works across our projects.

Over time, you'll build your own team, manage projects, and grow the painting division.

The right person will have the opportunity to become a partner in the painting division within 12 months.

You focus on quality work, leadership and growth, we support you with systems, admin, marketing and workflow.

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Is an experienced painter with leadership ambitions
• May already be a sole trader looking to expand
• Takes pride in quality work and professionalism
• Wants to build and lead a team
• Is motivated by growth, opportunity and ownership

Requirements:

• Queensland Painting Contractor Licence
• 5+ years of experience in residential/commercial painting
• Strong organisational and estimating ability
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Driver's licence

• Must hold permanent resident status or Australian citizenship for work eligibility

Own a Ute or van

You must own a reliable ute or van to commence employment immediately.
