The Role
We are seeking an Experienced Cabinet Maker that is instinctive, energetic and a confident decision-maker that can organise other team members to take action. The role requires the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately, and marshal people to act. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting the flow of the assembly process, preparing and assembly of cabinets and ensuring seamless communication between the assembly, machining and drafting units.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting and ensuring an efficient flow of products through the preparation and assembly process
Communicate effectively with the machining, assembly, packaging and drafting units
Examine drawings and work orders to determine specifications for the job
Prepare and construct cabinets and its components, making sure that all pieces are to specifications and dimensions specified by the client
Improvement of manufacturing processes
Manage the inventory for a project
About You
We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with an infectious enthusiasm for cabinetry and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have:
Successful completion of apprenticeship in cabinet making
Minimum 3 years of experience in a cabinet making role within the cabinet making industry
Ability to read and work from plans with a strong focus on detail
Problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
Commitment to smart working, continuous improvement, and personal success
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is favourable
