About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper to join our teamThis is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse landscaping projects. As a Landscaper, you will play a vital role in the construction of varied landscape projects

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cultivating garden beds, lawns and planting areas to ensure optimal growing conditions

2. Planting trees, shrubs, flowers and other vegetation according to design specifications and client requirements

   construction of retaining walls, paving, turf laying, drainage and general landscape duties

Operating landscaping equipment including mini loaders, skid steer loaders and hand tools safely and effectively

1. Collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to a high standard

2. Maintaining a clean and organised work site, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored

3. Following health and safety protocols and best practices in all landscaping activities

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience working as a Landscaper or in a similar gardening and landscaping role

2. Proficiency with landscaping tools and equipment, including power tools and machinery

3. Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers, including their planting and maintenance requirements

4. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in varying weather conditions

5. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

7. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

8. A current driver's licence is preferred

9. Relevant qualifications or certifications in horticulture, landscaping or related fields are advantageous

10. Experience with irrigation systems and garden design principles is a plus
