Project Plumber / Installation Specialist

As a Project Plumber, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality installation work that exceeds customer expectations. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take pride in your workmanship, solve problems on-site, and play a key role in maintaining the reputation we've worked hard to build.

Overview of Responsibilities and Duties

• Arrive on-site prepared, presentable, and ready to deliver a professional customer experience.

• Review job scopes and materials before commencing work to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Complete installation projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

• Carry out plumbing installations including hot water systems, drainage, water services, gas fitting, renovations, and project work as required.

• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the installation process.

• Identify site issues early and communicate them to the Project Manager to avoid delays.

• Take ownership of project quality, ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and company procedures.

• Photograph completed work and update project notes as required.

• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are maintained and accounted for.

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised throughout every stage of the project.

• Complete all required paperwork, job notes, and compliance documentation accurately and on time.

• Assist apprentices and junior team members in developing their skills and trade knowledge.

• Represent The Plumbing Gang professionally at all times and uphold company values.

• Complete projects on time while maintaining exceptional workmanship standards.
