About the Role:

As a Tradesman Plasterer, you will be responsible for:

-Managing jobs from start to completion within agreed timeframes.

-Supervising and leading a small on-site team.

-Delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.

-Maintaining clear and professional communication with builders and management

-Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

- Experience in both hands-on plastering and site supervision.

-Strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for the trade.

-Excellent attention to detail with a great eye for finishing work.

-Pride in consistently delivering jobs to the highest standards.

-Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

-Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

-Own tools, including automatic plastering tools, to complete all aspects of the job.
