Most days starting direct to site across the north/west (with Tullamarine as your home depot when required).
The Role
You will be part of our North-West Division, working on commercial landscape construction projects for councils and commercial clients. Your typical day will involve:
Constructing hard landscape elements: retaining walls, paving, basic concreting, rock work, log work, edging, installation of outdoor furniture and play equipment, including drainage and overseeing machinery
Soft landscaping: soil preparation, planting, mulching, and laying turf.
Working from plans and levels to achieve correct heights, falls and finishes.
Supporting the site supervisor with day‑to‑day tasks, coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining a clean, safe, compliant worksite.
About You – Skills, Attitude and Experience
Qualified landscaper or trade‑qualified with construction skills and experience
Experience on medium to large‑scale projects, with an understanding of landscape plans, levels and drainage.
Solid hard and soft landscaping skills, with an excellent eye for detail and a commitment to getting things just right for our clients.
Familiar with OH&S in the construction industry and confident in maintaining a safe, compliant worksite.
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport to travel direct to site.
Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to communicate well with clients, subcontractors and team members.
