What You'll Be Doing

• Installing residential and commercial solar mounting systems

• Sharing team captain responsibilities for roof crews where required

• Working closely with electricians and apprentices

• Ensuring installations are completed safely and efficiently

• Maintaining exceptional workmanship standards

• Representing our business professionally with customers

• Identifying and solving installation challenges onsite

What We're Looking For

You Are:

✔ Experienced in roofing and comfortable working at heights

✔ Reliable and show up when you say you will

✔ A problem solver who takes ownership

✔ Quality-focused but understands efficiency matters too

✔ A team player who communicates well

✔ Someone who takes pride in leaving every job looking exceptional

✔ Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the role

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Solar installation experience – 3+ years highly sought

• Working at Heights

• White Card

• Forklift licence

• First Aid certificate

• Leadership or crew-leading experience
