About the Position

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Geraldton based HD Mechanic (Prime Movers & Trailers) to join the Geraldton workshop team.

You will join a crew of highly skilled, experienced HD Mechanics, Boilermakers and Apprentices. Yes, our Apprentices are pretty skilled too!

Duties & Responsibilities:

Focus on maintaining/rebuilding our fleet of Kenworth Prime Movers (509/510/909) and our fleet of Side Tippers (Triples/Quads/Super Quads)
Actively participate in promoting and upholding our positive approach to safety
Respectful & honest communication with your fellow team members
Maintain compliance to service schedule and ensure compliance with all necessary paperwork

You will be responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of:

Kenworth C509, C510 and T909
Bruce Rock, Roadwest & Boomerang Side Tippers
Service Truck (As required)
Toyota Light Vehicles (As required)

Requirements to be considered for this role include:

Prior experience in maintaining Movers & Tippers in a Haulage or Mining environment
Heavy Diesel Mechanic Trade Qualification (Australian recognised)
Air Conditioning qualification
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
Must hold Australian working rights
Live in Geraldton or surrounding areas
