Automotive Accessory Installer – RIVAL 4x4

RIVAL 4x4 is a global manufacturer of premium off-road accessories, including aluminium bull bars, rear bars, underbody protection, winch mounting systems, and other 4WD equipment. Our products are sold across Australia, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Automotive Accessory Installer to join our Brisbane team.

This is a hands-on role combining vehicle accessory installation with warehouse and branch operations support. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently without constant supervision, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding 4WD brand.

What You'll Be Doing

Vehicle Accessory Installation

• Bull bars and rear bars

• Aluminium and steel underbody protection

• Winches and recovery equipment

• Driving lights and accessory wiring

• Canopies and drawer systems

• Suspension upgrades and fitment

• Vehicle preparation and quality checks

• Troubleshooting and resolving fitment issues

Warehouse & Operations

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Preparing freight and dispatch paperwork

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Maintaining warehouse organisation

• Assisting with stock control and stock counts

• General branch and warehouse duties

• Maintaining a safe and clean workplace

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience fitting automotive accessories or 4WD accessories

• Experience working with hand and power tools

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage daily workload

• Good attention to detail

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Current Australian Driver Licence

• Full working rights in Australia

Highly Regarded

• Experience fitting bull bars, suspension, winches, bash plates or canopies

• Auto electrical experience

• Mechanical trade background

• Forklift licence

• Experience in warehouse or dispatch operations

• Experience working with Toyota, Ford, Nissan, Isuzu or GWM 4WD vehicles
