Measurer

BX Bunka Australia, particularly Steel-Line Garage Doors Western Australia is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of a measurer on a permanent basis. Working from the Perth branch, the successful applicant will need to possess the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:

The scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Measurer include but are not limited to the following:

·         Attend site as directed by the Branch Manager to measure for client requirements.

·         Inspect installations to ensure that the quality of work done meets the company’s required standards as defined.

·         Process paperwork daily, this includes daily measurer sheets and call sheets.  Ensure 100% accuracy of paperwork.

·         Prioritise all appointments to ensure completion within given timeframes.

·         Follow all WH&S guidelines and procedures and inform HR of any hazards or incidents relating to your duties and your own safety.

·         Maintain the company vehicle and ensure it is kept clean and tidy in a manner to promote company services.

Requirements

·         Have a level of skill commensurate with 3 to 5 years of Sales/Industry experience.

·         Sales site measurer must have good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Requires technical/product knowledge and problem-solving skills and setting of priorities

·         Hold a current valid driver’s license

·         They must work in a team and be confident

·         He/she must be sensitive to the customers’ needs and requirements
