YEM Technology is seeking experienced Refrigeration Tradespersons to join our team at the Sino Iron Project, located at Cape Preston, 100km southwest of Karratha in Western Australia.
This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster with both permanent and casual arrangements available.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of electrical systems and refrigeration and air conditioning equipment across site facilities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical systems and refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs across both trades
- Servicing split systems, ducted systems, and packaged units
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Completing maintenance reports and documentation
Essential:
- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Airconditioning
- WA Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
- First Aid and CPR (12 months)
- Working at Heights (5 years)
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) High Risk Work Licence
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Clean-shaven. Mask fit is mandatory and non-negotiable on site
- WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Other Trade Qualifications
- Previous FIFO experience
- Ongoing 2:1 roster with permanent and casual opportunities
- Paid travel to and from site, along with paid lunches while on shift
