We are a well-established, family-owned business in the office equipment industry. We are seeking a dedicated trainee technician to contribute to the company’s ongoing success.

Role Overview:

As a full-time trainee, you will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the practical and technical skills required to maintain, service, and repair machines added to that there will be a strong sales component to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of the equipment

· Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot faults under supervision

· Performing routine inspections and servicing of clients

· Maintaining accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance work completed

· Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service and technical support to clients

· Contributing to a team-focused work environment and supporting colleagues where needed

· Any other activity that will enhance the sales, warehouse and service disciplines

Requirements:

· A genuine interest in technical services, customer service and growing the business

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately

· A valid Australian driver's licence and access to reliable transport

· A willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the job

· Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling and fieldwork
