Please note: This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking an experienced automotive wholesale operator with an established dealer network and proven vehicle buying experience.

This is not an entry-level role.

We're not looking for someone who wants to learn how to buy cars. We're looking for someone who already knows the market, understands wholesale and retail opportunities, has strong industry relationships, and wants to leverage our reputation, systems and infrastructure to take their earnings to the next level.

The Opportunity

Your primary responsibility will be sourcing and acquiring quality used vehicles.

Every vehicle acquired will first be presented to GL Motors for potential retail purchase. If the vehicle doesn't suit our retail stock profile, you'll utilise your existing dealer and wholesale network to facilitate a wholesale outcome.

This is a highly autonomous role suited to a self-motivated operator who thrives on relationships, negotiation, and identifying opportunities in the market.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience buying and valuing used vehicles

• Strong wholesale industry contacts and dealer relationships

• Extensive knowledge of the Victorian used vehicle market

• Ability to identify profitable retail and wholesale opportunities

• Strong negotiation skills

• Self-driven and capable of working independently

• Professional presentation and communication skills

• A reputation for honesty, integrity and doing business the right way

Earnings

This role operates on a profit-share model.

The more opportunities you identify and the more transactions you facilitate, the more you earn.

There is no ceiling on income for the right operator.
