About the role

NOVA SMASH REPAIRS PTY LTD is seeking a STOREMAN WITH TRAINEESHIP TO PARTS OFFICER to join our team in East Perth, WA. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our parts/consumables. As a Store Man, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming parts and consumables ensuring our workshop operations run smoothly and all stock is properly accounted for and stored. This position is essential to supporting our repair operations and maintaining the high standards our customers expect from NOVA SMASH REPAIRS.

Key responsibilities

Receive and unload incoming parts and materials from suppliers, ensuring all deliveries are checked against purchase orders and documentation
Inspect parts for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report any issues immediately to management
Verify quantities and verify that documentation matches the physical goods received
Organise and store parts in designated locations, maintaining a clean and orderly environment
Communicate effectively with suppliers, management, and other staff regarding stock levels and delivery schedules
Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed at all times
