Are you organised, confident on the phone, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service?

Diesel Performance Tune is one of the Gold Coast's leading diesel performance and 4x4 specialists.

We are looking for a motivated Service Advisor & Customer Experience Coordinator to become the face of our business.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, in our state-of-the-art 4WD workshop.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a critical role in keeping our workshop operating efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and customer enquiries

• Booking vehicles into the workshop

• Preparing quotes and job cards

• Parts ordering and managing logistics timeline

• Providing customers with updates throughout their vehicle's journey

• Liaising with technicians and management

• Processing invoices and payments

• Managing supplier invoices and credit notes

• Managing emails and general administration

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

About You

You are:

• Friendly, professional and well presented

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident communicating with customers both in person and over the phone

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems

• A team player who takes pride in their work

Previous experience in automotive service advising, reception, customer service, administration, or a workshop environment will be highly regarded, but attitude is everything.

• Salary package of $75,000 - $90,000 + Superannuation, depending on experience. We reward great people, and there is potential for a performance bonus after probation for the right person who proves they can add real value to our team and help drive the business forward.
