Senior Hair Stylist

About the role

Precision Hair Studio is seeking an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our creative team in Midland, WA 6056. This is a full-time position with option for some flexibility includes mentoring our junior stylists, and delivering exceptional hair services to our existing valued clientele as well as new clientele as a Senior Hair Stylist

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional hair styling, colouring, cutting and treatment services to a diverse client base

2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business

3. Mentoring and coaching junior stylists, providing guidance on techniques, customer service and professional development

4. Contributing to a positive and collaborative salon environment that reflects Precision Hair Studio's values

5. Keeping up to date with current hair trends, styles and industry best practices

6. Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and salon hygiene

7. Achieving sales targets and reaping the reward financially by promoting additional services and recommending retail products to clients that will help enhance and maintain the Fabulous new look you created

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2+ years' experience as a professional hair stylist ( not including Apprenticeship)

2. Certificate 3 in Hairdressing

3. Demonstrated expertise in cutting, colouring, styling and treatments across a range of hair types and client preferences

4. Great knowledge of current hair trends and techniques, with a commitment to continuous professional development

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members

6. Self motivated and happy to mentor and inspire young up and coming junior stylists.

7. A genuine passion for hair and beauty services with a client-focused mindset

8. Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple clients and work in a fast-paced environment

9. Professional appearance and commitment to health and safety standard
