CJD’s Port Hedland Branch is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our small team! If you enjoy a little administration, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have outstanding communication skills and want to be part of a supportive team, this could be the role for you.
As our Service Advisor, you’ll provide essential support to our service department, from raising workshop packs, processing manufacturer warranty claims, communicating updates with our customers. It’s a busy and rewarding position where no two days are the same. Your day will pass quickly as you greet, process and finalise daily servicing work.

This is not a FIFO position, residential position (rental assistance provided)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer bookings, raise work requests, and manage site access and mobilisation administration.
Prepare and maintain the weekly workshop calendar, training schedule, and work order documentation.
Monitor work in progress, update customers, and manage phone enquiries.
Collate parts lists, raise workshop purchase orders, and process warranty documentation.
Finalise invoicing once work orders are signed off by the Supervisor.
Provide general administrative support for workshop requests, contractors, and inspections.
To be successful, you’ll need:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive or heavy equipment industry
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Pronto)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and well-presented with a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail
A collaborative team player who provides great service to both internal and external customers
A current driver’s licence
