Mercedes-Benz Toorak is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our premium workshop team. This full-time, hands-on role involves servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs while maintaining the high standards expected of one of the world's most prestigious automotive brands.

What you will be doing:

Complete scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs
Carry out vehicle inspections, warranty work, and manufacturer repairs
Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
Accurately record work completed and parts used
Work closely with service advisors and parts teams to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain manufacturer standards and dealership processes
Support apprentices and junior technicians where required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What you need:

Trade qualified Automotive Technician (Cert III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
Previous dealership experience highly regarded
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
Complete or provide a police check
