CJD Trucks, based in Forrestfield is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team! If you capable of coordinating and completing administration, thrive in a fast-paced environment, have outstanding communication skills and want to be part of a supportive team, this role might be a suitable fit!

As our Service Advisor, you’ll provide essential support to our service department, from greeting and booking in servicing, coordinating daily workshop packs, PO's, communicating work updates and progress with customers and finalizing paperwork on the completion of servicing. It’s a busy role where you are prioritizing tasks consistently but rewarding, no two days are the same. Your days pass quickly as you greet, process and finalise daily servicing work.

What You’ll Do

Act as the primary contact for customers, drivers, and fleet managers.
Schedule service bookings to maximise workshop efficiency.
Create detailed job packs, manage approvals and excel at communication to keep the job flow progressing.
Coordinate between mechanical technicians and Parts Interpreters arranging parts and speicalised equipment for repairs.
Handle invoicing, identifying warranty claims, and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
Keep customers informed with clear updates and timelines.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in automotive service department or as a Service Advisor.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Possess a confident clear communication style and with a positive attitude
Computer savvy (Microsoft Office + dealership systems).
Current driver’s licence.
