HVAC Service Technician

An opportunity has become available to join a highly respected commercial HVAC contractor servicing a portfolio of medium-sized commercial buildings throughout Perth CBD.

This is a position suited to a technician who enjoys building strong client relationships, working independently, and taking ownership of their sites while being supported by an experienced operations team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial HVAC systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Servicing chillers, package units, VRF systems, split systems and associated plant
- Working closely with building managers and facility managers
- Ensuring sites remain compliant, efficient and operational
- Completing service reports and documentation

What We're Looking For
- Trade qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician
- Current ARC Licence
- Experience within commercial HVAC service and maintenance
- Strong fault-finding capabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Current Driver's Licence
