The Position Available (Part-Time):

• This is a day/evening position, with flexible shifts from Monday to Friday, minimum 15 hours per week and a flexible schedule to suit your needs. A generous salary is on offer and will be discussed with the successful applicant depending on experience.

• The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a variety of commercial and residential cleaning duties, following company cleaning procedures and ensuring check listed items are actioned across a portfolio of clients.

• You will be required to build a highly effective team, provide training and lead with strong service and operational knowledge.

• Extensive on-site training will be provided and defined cleaning processes will be outlined for completion across each facility and premise.

• All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided to the team.

• Scheduling will remain consistent with the vast majority of our clients selecting frequent and ongoing bookings.

• This is a mobile, travel based role and you will be required to travel via motor vehicle to properties. All travel related expenses and a fuel wage will be provided.

• Strong communication skills are essential in this role.

The Essentials for this Position:

• A positive work attitude, client-focused and impeccable communication skills are an absolute must. We are big on impact and place a high level of care on the cleanliness of all our clients facilities and properties.

• Leadership, management experience is preferable. You have an understanding of the market and are able to use initiative regularly to problem solve and provide solutions.

• Previous cleaning experience (ideally 24months+ commercial, residential/domestic cleaning experience) ideally at a Supervisor or equivalent level is required.

• Ability to report to Senior Management on a frequent basis.

• Managerial qualities and training is a bonus! Ideally you've lead a team of cleaners in a previous role.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to deliver an exception standard of cleaning.

• Good time management and punctuality.

• Ability to fulfill cleaning duties independently as well as managing a team.

• Highly professional and becoming a strong representative of the company.

• Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous).

• A smartphone for work communication.

• Valid working rights in Australia.

• Driver’s license and reliable car (essential).

• Ability to follow and adhere to company OH&S procedures and policies at all times.

• Willingness to obtain and provide a National Police Clearance Certificate (NPC) prior to the commencement of employment.
