We are currently seeking a Finance and Insurance Consultant to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to retail customers
Manage finance applications and liaise with lenders for approvals
Support the sales team in closing deals while protecting the integrity of each sale
Maintain accurate documentation, daily sales logs, and compliance requirements
Ensure all finance and insurance processes meet legislative and industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and insurance providers
Drive referral programs to ensure all customers are introduced to finance services
Handle receipting and collection of payments from customers

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry
Current accreditation and knowledge of financial services legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism, motivation, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desirable

Previous experience in a similar dealership role
Leadership or team management experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
