About the role

We are seeking an experienced fencing installer to join our team at SureFence WA in Nowergup, WA. This is a full time role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle. As an experienced fencing installer, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality fencing solutions to our customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

Leading installation team to install a variety of fencing products, including Colorbond, pool fencing, slat fencing and gates

Carefully follow all instructions to complete accurate installation of materials supplied whilst directing labourers to maximise efficiency

Ensure all work is completed to the customer's specifications and meets relevant safety and quality standards

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers throughout the installation process

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a fencing installer or in a similar role

2. Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans

3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

4. Good communication and customer service skills

5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

6. Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks

7. Current driver's licence and reliable transportation

8. Valid work visa required for Australian employment
