Kalamunda Toyota is seeking an experienced and results-driven Fleet Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to join our team in the Perth Hills.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Full-time permanent position

How You'll Make an Impact

• Identify and develop new fleet sales and business development opportunities
• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with fleet and commercial clients
• Understand customer needs, buying criteria, and decision-making processes to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality outcomes, competitive pricing, and timely delivery
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives
• Represent Kalamunda Toyota professionally within the local business community

What We're Looking For

• Current WA Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence
• Current WA manual driver's licence
• Proven success in sales, business development, and account management
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Previous automotive, fleet, commercial vehicle, or business development sales experience highly regarded
