Our client is a long-standing WA industrial coatings business with over 20 years of success across mining, construction, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Known for their quality workmanship and reliable service, they specialise in abrasive blasting, industrial spray painting and powder coating solutions for a broad range of commercial and industrial projects.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead workshop operations and help drive productivity, quality and safety across the business.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Supervising daily production operations across blasting, painting and powder coating
  • Allocating labour and coordinating workflow across multiple departments
  • Managing production schedules and delivery deadlines
  • Liaising with customers to coordinate project requirements and timelines
  • Inspecting incoming jobs prior to production commencement
  • Monitoring coating quality standards and specifications
  • Leading, supporting and mentoring workshop staff
  • Assisting with training, accountability and team performance
  • Identifying workflow issues and improving operational efficiency
  • Maintaining strong safety practices and workshop standards
  • Coordinating closely with estimating and office teams on priorities and scheduling

What you’ll need:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a workshop or production environment
  • Background in blasting, industrial painting, powder coating or coatings
  • Ability to lead teams and manage workflow effectively
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality
  • Current Forklift Licence essential
  • Rigging, dogging or NACE / AMPP certifications highly regarded
