Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their machinery parts requirements. If you are a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers, this is an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to our success and grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of front desk operations, including greeting customers, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Maintain inventory records and optimise stock levels to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Assist with dealership administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Support other departments as needed and actively participate in training and development programs.
Deal with incoming and out-going freight logistics on a day-to-day basis
Work with colleagues to continually improve rolling stock-take processes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts is desirable, however not essential.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Forklift Operators certification preferred.
