The opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout the repair journey.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive experience while supporting the wider workshop and production teams.

What you’ll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Managing customer enquiries and repair updates
Booking vehicles and coordinating appointments
Supporting communication between customers, insurers and internal teams
Assisting with administration and maintaining accurate records
Supporting workshop operations and daily workflow
Helping create a positive customer experience from start to finish
What we’re looking for
Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player who enjoys supporting others
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
Automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential
