The opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout the repair journey.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a positive experience while supporting the wider workshop and production teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

  • Managing customer enquiries and repair updates

  • Booking vehicles and coordinating appointments

  • Supporting communication between customers, insurers and internal teams

  • Assisting with administration and maintaining accurate records

  • Supporting workshop operations and daily workflow

  • Helping create a positive customer experience from start to finish

What we’re looking for

  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player who enjoys supporting others

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Previous customer service or administration experience preferred

  • Automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essential
