About the Roles

These are hands-on, workshop-based roles focused on the assembly, fit-out, and quality control of our caravans. You’ll be working with a skilled team, building products that are designed to perform in tough Australian conditions.

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

• Takes pride in your work and finishes jobs properly

• Has strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset

• Enjoys working with your hands in a fast-paced environment

• Communicates well and works effectively in a team

Essential Skills (Assembly Roles)

• Experience in 12V electrical systems, suspension, or fit-outs

• Ability to install components such as solar, air conditioning, and accessories

• Strong understanding of quality control, sealing, and finishing

• Competent with power, pneumatic, and hand tools

• Ability to use an array of power tools

• Mechanical interests and knowledge

Desirable

• Experience in manufacturing of caravans, camper trailers, automotive, marine, or 4WD industries

• Plumbing and/or advanced 12V knowledge

• Forklift licence

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

• Friday: 7:30am – 3:30pm

Finish early Friday and get a head start on the weekend.
