Our client is a residential custom and luxury home builder, delivering high end builds across Brisbane, with a strong pipeline of exciting new builds, renovations and extensions.
Our builder values team players who can add to an already well balanced, strong carpentry team that continuously delivers projects to a high standard and on time.
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenters to join a growing team. You’ll play a key role on-site, working closely with team members to ensure top-quality finishes, keep trades accountable, and drive daily site progress across custom builds. As the carpenter, you’ll need to be willing to adapt to late minute changes to plans and still deliver projects on time and to a high standard. You will have proven experience being able to work at speed whilst maintaining a high quality finish.

What You’ll Do
- Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing, lock up and fix
- Read and interpret plans and custom detailing
- Experience in pre site demolition and site set outs desirable
- Be able to work individually
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and build quality
- Be able to adapt to working in a team and on your own at times
What You’ll Need
- Cert III in Carpentry
- Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
- A strong attitude towards your work
- White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
- Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
- Confident speaking with clients when visiting sites unannounced
