About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our growing smash repair workshop in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants consistent work in a well-run environment.

You’ll be working on a mix of fleet and insurance repairs, with steady workflow and realistic deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out panel repairs to manufacturer and industry standards

• Repair, replace and align damaged panels

• Use body fillers, straightening equipment and welding tools as required

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods

• Work efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards

• Liaise with workshop team to meet repair timeframes

About You

• Qualified Panel Beater (trade certificate required)

• Preferred to have working experience

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

• Full Australian working rights
