The W.A Carpentry Company is a growing Perth-based business delivering high-quality residential and commercial carpentry projects across the Perth metro area.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are building a dedicated Roof & Structural Carpentry Team and are seeking experienced Roof / 1st Fix Carpenters who take pride in quality workmanship and want long-term career opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled structural carpenters looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and a clear pathway into Leading Hand positions as our team continues to expand.

The Role

You will primarily be working on:

• Roof framing and roof carpentry

• Structural wall framing

• Timber and steel frame construction

• Truss and rafter installation

• Structural carpentry and first fix works

• Working at heights

• Residential and commercial construction projects

• Occasional regional project work

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery

• Minimum 3 years' experience in structural carpentry

• Proven experience with roof framing and first fix carpentry

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Strong understanding of safe work practices when working at heights

• Own tools and reliable transport

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desirable

• Working at Heights ticket

• EWP ticket

• Dogman or Rigging tickets

• Experience leading small crews

• Commercial construction experience
