Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker Team Leader to join our tight-knit production team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on custom and high-end cabinetry projects in a supportive, professional workshop environment.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their workmanship, has a strong eye for detail, and is committed to delivering quality outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade-qualified Cabinet Maker (Certificate III in Cabinet Making)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand, or Supervisory role

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and job documentation

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and independent thinking skills

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
