Our client is seeking a qualified and reliable Plumber and Gas Fitter to join their growing team based in Maylands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable provider delivering high-quality plumbing and gas services across both residential and commercial projects.

This is a full-time position offering a strong mix of autonomy and team collaboration, suited to a tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys delivering high standards on every job.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing and gas faults
  • Installing and servicing plumbing systems, fixtures, and gas appliances
  • Attending residential and commercial service jobs
  • Communicating with clients regarding job scope and recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Completing job documentation and reporting
  • Managing job schedules and ensuring timely completion of work
  • Liaising with team members and supervisors on job progress
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle
  • Reviewing completed work to ensure consistent quality standards
  • Participating in training and development activities

What you’ll need:

  • Fully qualified and licensed Plumber and Gas Fitter (WA) with proven industry experience
  • Strong technical capability across plumbing and gas systems, including installation, maintenance and fault finding
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Australian standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to interpret plans and technical drawings
  • Experience across residential and commercial environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Safety-conscious with a strong understanding of compliance requirements
