We have multiple opportunities available for full-time and part-time positions, including Salon Manager, Qualified Hairdresser, and Apprentice roles. Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality hair and beauty services to clients with professionalism and creativity

2. Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming salon environment in compliance with health and hygiene standards

3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

4. Assist with salon operations and support team members to achieve business objectives

5. Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products

6. For Salon Manager roles: oversee daily salon operations, manage staff scheduling, inventory and financial targets, and lead team development

7. For Apprentices: develop foundational hairdressing skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals

What We're Looking For

1. Qualified Hairdressers: A recognised qualification in hairdressing and current relevant experience in salon environments

2. Salon Managers: Proven management experience in salon or similar retail/service environments, with strong leadership and business acumen

3. Apprentices: Enthusiasm for learning, a customer-focused attitude, and commitment to completing formal hairdressing qualifications

4. All applicants: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

5. Strong time management abilities and the capacity to work effectively within a team

6. A commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuous improvement
