The Role
We are seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumbers based in Greater Sydney who are organised, self‑motivated, and committed to delivering high‑quality workmanship.
Every day brings something new, this role suits plumbers who enjoy variety, problem‑solving, client interaction, and working across commercial and industrial environments. You’ll perform both reactive and preventative maintenance, fault‑finding, installations, and repairs, all while representing our brand with professionalism.
What You'll be Doing
Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults in commercial environments.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment systems, hot water units, fixtures, and sanitary/water piping.
Operating specialised equipment, including jetters and CCTV drain cameras.
Performing scheduled preventative maintenance.
Preparing clear job notes, reports, and supply requests using field‑based apps.
Supporting apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture.
Skills & Requirements
Fully qualified Maintenance Plumber (or strong domestic maintenance plumbing experience transitioning into commercial).
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Well‑presented, professional, and customer‑focused.
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Strong work ethic and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
Current NSW Manual Driver’s Licence & White Card.
