Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and installing tiles on luxury residential and commercial projects.

• Ensure high-quality internal and external tile installations, including pools.

• Identify and resolve potential issues efficiently.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment, maintaining strong communication with clients and team members.

• Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards and within deadlines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualification in wall and floor tiling.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Experience with high-end residential tiling projects is highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Own tools.

• Car and valid driver's licence.

• Working mobile phone.

• White Card and relevant licences.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to grow and lead by example.

• Reliable, honest, and respectful.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
